Please read the information below before visiting The Bieldside Inn.
Please do not visit us if you are suffering, or have suffered in the past 14 days, from the symptoms of COVID-19.
Registration/check-in and check-out are mandatory for entry. This is essential for Track & Protect purposes. You will be required to scan our QR code and provide your contact details. If you do not provide these, we will be unable to serve you.
Face masks are mandatory when waiting for entry and in our venue, unless you are seated at a table.
All guests MUST follow the latest COVID-19 government rules and restrictions whilst on The Bieldside Inn premises. If you are unsure what these are, ask a member of staff.
Tables should be pre-booked in advance where possible.
Follow good hygiene practices.
Pay attention to signage, guidance, and instructions from staff.
No cash payments will be accepted, and payment must be made at the time of ordering. Please pay by card, and contactless where possible.
Outdoor dining will be located on our balcony. Please access via Bieldside Station Road to the left of our premises - one way systems are in place. Balcony tables will be seated on a first come, first served basis.
Toilet facilities are available inside The Bieldside Inn building; one way systems are in place for toilet access - please do not gather/loiter in toilet areas or walkways to toilets.
Children are welcome with adults when dining.
It is not permitted to leave our licensed area with any alcohol. Please consume all beverages with the designated Bieldside Inn areas.
Please be respectful of our neighbours; Bieldside Station Road is a road with access to private property. As our new outdoor dining area utilises part of our car park space, parking is limited. We kindly ask that our customers be mindful of this and do not park on Bieldside Station Road where it may hinder or block private property. Thank you.
